How do I access the VCSCB file server from a remote location?
- Step 1 - Connect and authenticate to the Vanderbilt Medical Center VPN (Virtual Private Network) by going to https://vpn.mc.vanderbilt.edu/. Follow the directions on-screen to connect to the network. Be sure to use your official VUNetID and password. Please note that you have to have previously requested and have been granted access to the VPN. If you need to request access, then please go to https://ncs.mc.vanderbilt.edu/SS001/SS701.asp to do so.
- Step 2 - Access the file server through the usual mechanism you are using (machine, user, and group-dependent).
